Product prices may change at any time.
Customers will be charged the price displayed at the time an order is confirmed.
After payment is completed, orders may be reviewed and confirmed by Bewellery Etoile before processing.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders due to unavailable products, incorrect pricing information, or suspicious activity.
Payments are processed securely through Paystack.
Bewellery Etoile does not store complete payment credentials such as card numbers or mobile money PINs.
Orders are delivered through third-party delivery providers.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, availability, processing time, and delivery conditions.
Customers may request cancellation before an order enters the processing stage.
Cancellation may not be possible after an order has been processed, prepared, or dispatched.
Only customers who have purchased products may submit reviews.
Reviews must represent genuine experiences and must not contain offensive, misleading, or unlawful content.
Bewellery Etoile may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, or violations of these Terms.
All Bewellery Etoile content including the brand name, logo, product images, descriptions, and application design belongs to Bewellery Etoile.
Users may not copy or reuse this content without permission.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges are handled according to the Bewellery Etoile Refund and Return Policy.
Bewellery Etoile is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services, service interruptions outside our control, or minor differences between displayed images and actual products.
Bewellery Etoile may update these Terms when necessary.
Continued use of the application after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
